Michelle always made time to respond and explain what I needed to know thoroughly. I had a lovely experience with Michelle, and she reassured me that I can breast feed all I needed was showing how to carry it out. She took her time to write down tips and advice which is helpful as I can always looks back at it and reflect. I thought I wouldn't be able to breastfeed, and I was nearing to giving up however after a few hours with her it encouraged me to keep trying. She advised me on that I should always massage before expressing and I can gently squeeze once the baby is latched on.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Michelle from Baby Care Consultancy. After having trouble breastfeeding my first baby due to enlarged nipples and a tongue tie, I had to switch to formula at four months. With my baby being born on Christmas Day, I felt like there was barely any support available, which left me with a real fear of breastfeeding.

When my second child came along, I was really anxious but wanted to give breastfeeding another shot. Things started off well, but I ran into some issues with nipple trauma after a week. That’s when I met Michelle, and she was like a breath of fresh air. She reassured me and gave me the confidence I needed to keep going. She was super flexible with video calls to help with my technique and kept me motivated. Even though we’re three hours apart, she was always available and quick to respond.

Thanks to Michelle’s support, I was able to overcome the tough times and fears. I was able to breastfeed until my son started solids. I definitely recommend Baby Care Consultancy and have seen how Michelle has helped my friend too. I’ll definitely be coming back for future support. Thanks so much, Michelle!

During my pregnancy I always knew I wanted to breast feed my baby, everyone has heard of the saying 'breast is best' and like others I wanted my son to have the best.
After he was born trying to get him to latch was proving difficult, I was referred to the hospital infant feeding team as an outpatient and even saw the team prior to my discharge yet I felt as though the service wasn't much help as I still struggled, causing my nipples to get sore and painful very quickly. I persevered as I didn't want to give up on giving my son the "liquid gold". I was kindly introduced to Michelle by a family member and it's safe to say I now highly enjoy breastfeeding my son and no longer have that fear surrounded by getting him to latch and the pain I used to endure.
My interactions with Michelle were virtual, I was amazed by how knowledgeable and passionate she is when it comes to breast feeding and sharing her knowledge with others. I also found Michelle to be very approachable and contactable which helped me a lot at times when I was struggling and needed some advice.
I'd 110% recommend Michelle to expectant and breast feeding mom's

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Michelle is simply amazing!

When I had my second child, I was so determined to breastfeed  because I had difficulty breastfeeding my first.

Because of Covid and limited support in the US, I reached out to Michelle and she went above and beyond to provide support. She shared different techniques, tools to incorporate, meals and supplements to boost milk supply. She was so good I had her on speed dial when I had my 3rd baby.

Michelle is patient, kind, knowledgeable, consistent and passionate about mum and baby breastfeeding journey! I highly recommend her.

Michelle was so amazing and she helped me so much to meet my goals. I had a difficult time feeding my baby and apparently nobody could help me except Michelle.

The knowledge she has is absolutely mind blowing. Honestly I recommend her to all new mamas and my friends.

Michelle was very professional, such an amazing teacher and made it very easy for me to understand breastfeeding.

She was very patient and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and was willing to repeat and go over anything that I may have missed or was unsure about.

Thank you for such an amazing experience.

For anyone looking to book do not hesitate! You definitely won't be disappointed!

Our appointment with Michelle was incredibly helpful. We found that Michelle was kind, warm, attentive, and empathetic. The appointment was thorough, I felt heard throughout and Michelle provided some tips we could implement immediately. The report was detailed and helpful to refer back to, and importantly Michelle was wonderful with our little one.
I would recommend Michelle’s services to anyone breastfeeding to assist with a smooth and informed journey.

My consultation with Michelle was really useful as I had had problems with the latching of my baby for almost 2 months. Michelle was patient with me and explained me many positions that worked immediately, also she explained some advantages of breastfeeding that I didn't have any idea.  She called me days after just to know about my progress.

Thanks Michelle for your help.

We contacted Michelle for support a week after our twins came home for the hospital to support with latching concerns. She was able to fit us in at short notice, and came to us to save us trying to get out of the house in those early days. She gave invaluable advice, and followed up with lots of extra help over the coming week virtually. We are still on a journey but feel much more positive about our ability to do so thanks to her support. Thank you, Michelle.

Michelle is a true God send. We sought lactation support after a painful start to breastfeeding, a lot of insecurity about my milk supply and bad advice from elders. Michelle was able to relate and identify with our cultural experiences in this area which made us feel all the more understood. Michelle reassured me that my milk supply is fine and showed me the technique to achieve a deeper latch for my son which he caught on rather quickly. The virtual support was very valuable as I could ask as many questions as I needed to and share how my baby is getting on.  Overall, a very worthwhile service, I would recommend to any mother who wants to start her BF journey on a strong foot.
